Why did the R370 grant Status Decline?

Identity Verification Failed

Sassa matches your personal information with the Department of Home Affairs if it does not match, you will receive an “Identity verification Failed” message. There is a possibility of a Typo error in the application.

Other Sources of Income

Your monthly income must not exceed R624, Sassa will check the bank details of all the applicants to confirm it. If it surpasses this limit your application will be rejected.

Other Social Grants

Government Payroll Registered

  6. Submit a separate appeal for each month your application was declined.
